Thermo Wave’s main office is located in Peabody MA. This includes our Sales and Engineering staff, Inventory, Sub-Assembly Manufacturing, System Manufacturing and Test. Some Sub-Assembly Manufacturing is performed in our Danvers MA facility.
Tom has over 40 years of experience in the Manufacturing Industry, with the last 24 years in the Microwave Industry. Responsibilities have included Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations Management.
Email MeBruce has been in the Microwave Industry since 1993 and has Engineered all aspects of Systems design from Components to Product Development. Bruce’s designs have been adapted as Industry Standards and his is constantly on the cutting edge of Industrial Microwave Technology.
Email MeAndy has been in the microwave industry since 2004. Andy’s experience in the Microwave Industry includes Production Control, Sales and Service Management. Andy also served in the Australian Army for over 15 years, which has provided various valuable skills to his private sector employment.
Email MeRon started in Industrial Microwave Systems at Raytheon over 40 years ago. He has extensive Service background in all types of Systems. Ron has trained Technical Personnel as well as making contributions to Research and Development.
Email MeGary has over 30 years’ experience in industrial electronics and maintenance with 22 of those years dealing with Industrial Microwaves. Gary has 10 years as a Field Service Technician with a microwave manufacturer, where he serviced, rebuilt and upgraded all makes and models of Raytheon, MicroDry, Amana, Ferrite and Cober systems. Gary also has 10 years as an end user in the precooked bacon industry. Gary has experience in all aspects of industrial maintenance from technician to Maintenance Director and Project Manager. Gary is able to take care of all customer service needs including training, repairs, Preventative Maintenance, upgrades, installations and any other needs that may arise.
Email MeRalph Sr. has a background of Mechanical Engineering and Metallurgy. Ralph started a Brazing and Metal Joining company in 1963. In 1969, Ralph founded Thermo Craft Engineering as a full Fabrication, Metal Joining and Design Services company. In 2011, Ralph formed Thermo Wave Technologies.
Email MeRalph Jr. joined Thermo-Craft in 1981 as a Manufacturing Engineer, and currently holds the position of President of Thermo Craft. Ralph is also a key contributor to Engineering Design and Manufacturing to Thermo Wave Technologies.
